About the Author
Stanley Marianski is the author of eleven books which include topics on meat smoking, pickling and making alcoholic beverages. Stanley actively participates in many forums and conferences related to meat smoking; he is a regular participant of the Wedliny Domowe National Conference in Poland where purveyors of meat products get the opportunity to showcase their goods. His main objective in writing his books which always contain diagrams is to help the reader "understand the sausage making process" and then "create his own recipes." His passion for creating unique sausage blends have been handed down from generations and he looks forward to continue sharing this passion with sons who also co-authored most of his books.

Vegetarian Sausages

As of late, there has been an increased focus on eating healthy and sustainable foods. 'The Art of Making Vegetarian Sausages' teaches the reader to use earth friendly ingredients such as seaweed and tofu to cook delicious and relatively easy to make sausages at home. There are 32 recipes with detailed pictures guiding the reader to recreate the technique for making items like Cajun sausage in the comfort of their own kitchen. If you are serious about eating healthy or looking to complement your vegetarian dishes, this book will enhance your meals at home.

Great book on the topic

The Art of Making Vegetarian SausagesA great book with very detailed recipes. A nicely written technology section with an outstanding section on making emulsions. A lot of information on texture of the sausage and the best ways to bind ingredients. I have a large collection of sausage making books but this one contains information that I have never seen before. A very original work and that is why I give it five stars. I have several of his books and

I really enjoy this authors writing style and find the information easy to understand and follow, works for me!
